As the premier provider of AAPI focused leadership development for 25 years, LEAP's workshops and presentations have provided AAPIs with an introduction to leadership training and an opportunity to build awareness and critical skills to reach their leadership potential. As the longest running leadership development offering by LEAP, the workshops and presentations help participants enhance their leadership skills, address the influence of perceptions, behaviors, and values on personal effectiveness, and help foster understanding of AAPI communities, cultures and issues.
Over our 25 year history, LEAP has conducted more than 2,500 workshops for corporate, community, student, and government audiences nationwide, reaching over 125,000 people. Today, LEAP is the only organization to offer a wide range of workshops for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, as well as general audiences. Original topics include: 21st Century Leader: Surviving and Thriving in the Third Millennium; Risk Taking: Making Changes Happen; Enhancing Your Personal Effectiveness; Managing the AAPI Career; Understanding Your Cultural Values; and Understanding the Asian Pacific American Workforce.
In addition to LEAP's workshops, our staff is also certified to deliver courses such as: Situational Leadership II, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Eagle's Flight experiential programs.
LEAP's highly successful workshops and presentations are offered year-round on or off site. Lengths vary from full or half day workshops to one hour presentations.
