Excellerate...Your Leadership Skills!
Excellerate, presented by Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc.
(LEAP), was a 1.5 day youth conference sponsored by Nissan Motor Company,
Ltd., designed to give college students the knowledge and skills they need
to effectively lead and manage a team. Through workshops and team-building activities, this conference challenged students to not only realize their own strengths, but also how to “excellerate” them. Within this program, students combined personal and professional growth within the context of their work, explored and advanced meaningful leadership practices, and sharpened business presentation skills.
 Excellerate featured youth leadership development workshops such as Being a 21st Century Leader and IMPROve Your Presentation Skills. Designed by and for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, these workshops taught participants value leadership skills. WHO Asian American and Pacific Islander undergraduates who want to polish their leadership and presentation skills, and exercise their creativity in developing an innovative presentation!
